Kaputar & Warrumbungles

Well the Easter trip is over and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the climbing. We sports climbed ourselves silly on the Friday at Lindesay Rocks then trad climbed classics at Euglah Rock and The Governor on the Saturday and Sunday. For me it was the best Kaputar trip ever. Onsighting Yummikins (17) and The Last Waltz (18) at Euglah were definite highlights, along with leading Clandestiny (16).
I'm sure everyone will have there favourite story and climb. Just ask.
Eddie and I then headed to the Warrumbungles where we packed it up to Balor hut and the next day climbed a gem called Vertigo. Pitch 2 & 3 are worth the hike in. The next day Dave and Ricarda joined us and we found our way to the bottom of the classic Cornerstone Rib. Old style multipitch with pitches 3 & 4 having MEGA EXPOSURE to boot. I got to lead all the pitches and that day has to be one of the highlights in my time climbing.
